Data Deletion

1. Disconnect a social account

In techpri.me, open Social Media → Channels and choose Disconnect on the account. We stop using it at once and delete its stored access token. To revoke techpri.me's access on the platform as well:

• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, then remove techpri.me.
• Facebook: Settings → Business integrations, then remove techpri.me.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations), then remove techpri.me.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, then revoke access.

2. Delete your account and data

Email hello@techpri.me from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request with you, then within 30 days delete your account, workspace, business details, connected-account tokens, keywords, articles, social posts, images and comments data.

If you own a workspace, deleting it also removes your team members' access to it.

3. What we keep

• Payment and invoice records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Backups, which are overwritten on their normal cycle, typically within 90 days.

Posts and articles already published to your website or social accounts stay there. Remove them on that website or platform if you want them gone.

4. Data from Facebook or Instagram

techpri.me does not use Facebook or Instagram to sign you in. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we store only the access token, account name and ID needed to publish and manage comments. Disconnecting the account, or asking us to delete your data as above, removes them.
