1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Wowerr Technologies, which runs techpri.me Suite (“techpri.me”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use techpri.me for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
techpri.me researches topics, writes blog articles and social media posts with AI, creates images for them, and can publish them to the websites and social accounts you connect, on demand or on a schedule you set. Features and limits depend on your plan.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us at hello@techpri.me straight away if you think your account has been misused.
4. Plans, billing and allowances
- Paid plans are billed in advance through PayPal and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude taxes unless stated.
- Each plan includes monthly allowances, such as articles or social packages. Allowances reset each calendar month and unused amounts do not carry over.
- You can cancel at any time in Plan and billing. Billing stops at once and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your content
You own what you put into techpri.me and, as between you and us, the content it produces for you. You give us the permission we need to host, process, transmit and publish that content in order to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the content published from your workspace. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, such as logos and images, and that publishing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
6. AI-generated content
AI can produce text or images that are inaccurate, out of date or similar to existing material. techpri.me includes review steps, but it cannot guarantee accuracy, originality or fitness for a particular purpose. Review content before publishing, especially health, legal, financial or safety claims. If you enable automatic publishing, you accept that posts go out without manual review.
7. Connected platforms
When you connect a website or a social account (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook), you authorise techpri.me to act on it within the permissions you grant. You must follow each platform's own terms and policies. Platforms can change their rules, limit access or remove content at any time; we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use techpri.me to:
- publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- send spam, run fake engagement, or impersonate a person or business;
- break a connected platform's terms;
- probe, overload, scrape or attack the service, or bypass its limits or security;
- resell or give others access to the service without our written agreement.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you add other people's personal data to techpri.me, such as your team or your customers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep techpri.me running and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features; when a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using techpri.me and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, reach or business results.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wowerr Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover Wowerr Technologies's reasonable losses and costs from claims by others arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes notify account owners at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use techpri.me after that means you accept the updated terms.
