1. Who we are

techpri.me Suite (“techpri.me”, “we”, “us”) is a venture of Wowerr Technologies. It creates blog articles and social media content for businesses with the help of AI, and can publish that content to the websites and social accounts you connect.

This policy covers the website and app at suite.techpri.me. Wowerr Technologies is responsible for your personal data. Questions go to hello@techpri.me.

2. Information we collect

Account details. Your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), your workspace, and the team members and roles you add.

Business information. What you enter or let us read during setup: your website, business description, audience, tone, products, competitors you name, brand colours, logos and the social profile links you provide.

Content. Keywords, topics, article drafts, social posts, captions, generated images and your edits, plus the publishing results returned by your website or social platforms.

Connected social accounts. When you connect LinkedIn, X, Instagram or a Facebook Page, the platform gives us an access token and basic profile details (account name, ID, profile or Page link). If you use Comments Copilot, we read the comments on posts we published for you, including commenters' names and comment text, so you can review and reply.

Billing. Your plan, subscription status and the PayPal subscription reference. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never receive or store your card or bank details.

Messages to us. Support emails and sales enquiries, including the name, email, company and message you send.

Technical data. IP address, browser type, request times and error reports, used for security, rate limiting and fixing problems.

3. How we use it

  • To run the service: research topics, write and illustrate content, and publish it when you approve it or when a schedule you set is due.
  • To sign you in, keep your workspace secure and prevent abuse.
  • To manage your plan, monthly allowances and payments.
  • To send service emails such as verification codes, password resets and important account notices. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
  • To answer your questions and fix problems.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models of our own.

4. AI processing

To generate content we send the relevant parts of your business information, topics and drafts to AI model providers through their business APIs. Depending on the model chosen, these include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Cloudflare and other providers such as OpenRouter, Groq and NVIDIA. They process the data to return a result, under their API terms.

We also read public web pages, such as your website and the competitor sites you name, and public search results, to research topics and cite sources.

AI output can be wrong. Review content before it is published under your name.

5. Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run techpri.me, and only what each needs:

  • Hosting and email: Hostinger (servers and outgoing email).
  • Database: MongoDB Atlas.
  • File storage: Amazon Web Services S3, for images and logos.
  • AI models: the providers listed under AI processing.
  • Search data: Serper, for public search results.
  • Payments: PayPal.
  • Social platforms and your website: LinkedIn, X, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and your connected site receive the content you publish to them.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our users or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. Connected social accounts

We ask each platform only for the permissions needed to identify the account, publish the posts you create or schedule, and, where you use it, read and reply to comments on those posts. We do not read your private messages, and we do not post anything you have not created or scheduled in techpri.me.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any account at any time on the Channels page, and revoke access from the platform's own settings. See Data Deletion for the links.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use one sign-in cookie (blog_session) that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a separate one for our staff admin panel. Your browser's local storage holds small conveniences, such as a reminder you dismissed or a setup step in progress.

We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Payment pages served by PayPal follow PayPal's own cookie policy.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, typically within 90 days.

We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

9. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, social access tokens and app secrets are encrypted, uploaded images stay private and are shared through short-lived links, and staff access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep watch for errors and suspicious activity and act on them.

If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw any consent you have given. Much of this you can do yourself in the app: edit your profile and business details, disconnect channels, and cancel your plan. For anything else, email hello@techpri.me from your account's email address. We reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU and UK GDPR may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

11. Grievance officer

For any concern about how we handle your data, write to the Grievance Officer, Wowerr Technologies, at hello@techpri.me. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

12. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

13. Children

techpri.me is a business service for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For significant changes we also tell account owners by email or in the app before they take effect.
